The Pothohar Association UK was represented by Chanchal Chowdhry and Bhupinder Bhasin at London’s new City Hall for the very first Partition event to be held by the Mayor of London’s Office on 12 August 2022.
The conference heard from a range of projects and personalities including Project Dastaan, which helps to bring together Partition Survivors and allows them to experience their home towns using Virtual Reality technology; Kavita Puri, author of Partition Voices, a BBC Radio 4 project; among others.
