New Committee Elected

The Annual General Meeting and Election for The Pothohar Association (UK) was held on Sunday 29 October 2023. Members voted for a new Committee. The election was conducted by Gurdwara Aid as independent Election Supervisors.

  • Promote understanding of people with origins in the Pothohar Region who were exiled during the Partition of India
  • Preserve the history and heritage of Pothohar in Great Britain and beyond.
  • Foster intra-community and inter-generational relationships.
  • Facilitate Sewa (selfless service) including direct contribution and collaboration with charities and other community organisations.
