A new Executive Committee was elected by members at the Annual General Meeting of the Association on Sunday 26 October 2025 at the Guru Nanak School Hayes.

The meeting opened with a warm welcome and approval of the minutes from the previous AGM held on 2 March 2025. Reports were then presented by the Association’s officers, including President Bhupinder Singh Bhasin, General Secretary Dr Peter Singh Chadha, and Treasurer Belinder Kaur Kahai, who shared updates on the Association’s activities, events, and financial performance over the past year. members Approved the Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025.

Members also approved the motion to reappoint Rehncy Shaheen Accountants as auditors for the coming year.
This year’s elections saw the introduction of two new members — Leena Anand and Harinder Bakhshi — to the Executive Committee, joining nine continuing members. The Association extended its thanks to Bobby Jolly and Rami Chowdhury for their dedicated service and contributions to the community.
Special presentations were made to honour outstanding service and contribution within the Association:
- Jasbir Kaur Anand – Past President Medal
- Chanchal Singh Chowdhry – Past President Medal
- Mrs Jagjit Kaur Goel – Lifetime Achievement Award
Mrs Gurdeep Kaur Chadha presented an item under Any Other Business informing members of the Parkinsons Milan Cafe which has been set up to support those with Parkinson’s and their families.
President Bhupinder Singh Bhasin closed the meeting by thanking members for their continued support.
The Meeting was followed by a performance of Daastaan e Guru Nanak by the Atelier Repertory Company from New Delhi. Members.
Members enjoyed tea and snacks provided by NoorMahal Caterers.
